FINAL RESULTS AND ANNUAL REPORT

Aminex PLC ('Aminex' or the 'Company') announces that its final results for the year ended 31st December 2013 have now been approved for release. The hard copy version is currently being printed and will be mailed by no later than 29th April at which time hard copies will also be available at the Company's registered office 6 Northbrook Road, Dublin 6, Ireland.

In accordance with Irish Listing Rule 6.6.1 and UKLA Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the Annual Report has been submitted to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the UK's National Storage Mechanism. It will shortly be available at:
