Resignation of Executive Chairman
Pan Pacific Aggregates PLC announces that on the afternoon of Friday 15 August, Don Nicholson, Executive Chairman of the Company, resigned due to personal and health reasons.
James Ladner, one of the founding directors and Secretary of the company, will replace Don as non-executive Chairman. James is a Swiss investment banker and economist, experienced in the natural resources sector. He is the former Executive Vice-President of Coutts and Co in Switzerland, and a former member of the Swiss National Bank Capital Markets Commission. He is currently a director of several public companies with international operations.
The company will shortly announce further additional board members who will assist the company to further develop its asset base and production growth within the sector.
William Voaden, Managing Director of the Company, said: "We are very sorry to loose Don from the board of Pan Pacific Aggregates PLC and would like to thank him for his significant contributions to the Company. We wish him well for the future."
