Resignation of Executive Chairman
Pan Pacific Aggregates PLCΒ announcesΒ that on the afternoon of Friday 15Β August,Β Don Nicholson, Executive ChairmanΒ of the Company, resigned due to personal and healthΒ reasons.Β
James Ladner, one of the founding directors and Secretary of the company,Β will replace Don as non-executive Chairman. JamesΒ is a Swiss investment banker and economist, experienced in the natural resources sector. He is the former Executive Vice-President of Coutts and Co inΒ Switzerland, and a former member of the Swiss National Bank Capital Markets Commission. He is currently a director of several public companies with international operations.
The company will shortly announce further additional board membersΒ who will assist the company toΒ further develop its asset baseΒ andΒ productionΒ growth within the sector.
William Voaden, Managing DirectorΒ of the Company,Β said: "We are very sorry to loose Don from the board of Pan Pacific AggregatesΒ PLCΒ and would like to thank him for his significant contributions to theΒ Company. We wish him well for the future."
