Admiral Group PLC28 March 2006 28 March 2006 Admiral Group Plc ("The Company") Disclosure of Interest in Share Capital The Company on 27 March received notification in accordance with Sections 198 to202 of the Companies Act 1985 that as at 23 March 2006 Fidelity Internationalrepresented as FMR Corp. and Fidelity International Limited and their direct andindirect subsidiaries, both being non-beneficial holders, had decreased itsnotifiable interest in the Company from 5.92% to 4.89% of the 0.1p OrdinaryShares.
