Key Adviser Appointments by Investment Manager

The Board of Adamas Finance Asia Limited ("ADAM", "Adamas Finance Asia", or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its Hong Kong-based investment manager, Adamas Asset Management (HK) Limited ("Adamas") has announced two senior appointments which will further underpin the Company's strategic repositioning into the credit finance business.

Adamas has appointed Viscount Trenchard and Andrew Main as Senior Advisers with immediate effect. Both have extensive experience of Asian investment markets, and one of their key roles will be assisting Adamas in its role as investment manager to ADAM.

The two appointments add to Adamas' Asian investment experience as it continues to advise ADAM in reshaping its investment strategy following the reverse takeover in February 2014. The Adamas teams in Asia will play a pivotal role in ADAM's planned transition into a credit finance business that will focus on providing funding for well-managed Chinese growth businesses able to offer secure collateral to support their short-term borrowing requirements.

Hugh Trenchard began his career at Kleinwort Benson in 1973 and has more than 40 years' experience in investment banking, including 35 years of involvement with Japan, 12 of them as a resident. He ran Kleinwort Benson's Japanese operations for 11 years, and was Head of Japanese Investment Banking with Robert Fleming & Co Ltd, before working with Mizuho International plc for six years. He served as a Senior Adviser for Japan and Korea to Prudential Financial, Inc. from 2002 to 2008, and is a Vice-Chairman of the British-Japanese Parliamentary Group.

He is also currently Chairman of the investment company Stratton Street PCC Limited, whose funds include Renminbi Bond Fund managed by Stratton Street Capital LLP, and a director of several companies including Lotte Chemical UK Limited and the commodity index fund Bache Global Series SICAV. He has been a consultant to Simon Robertson Associates LLP since March 2013.

Andrew Main has over 30 years' experience in the securities markets, having worked in London, New York and Tokyo, where he spent most of his career developing a wide range of financial services centred on the Far East. He was an Executive Director with Guinness Mahon, and has worked with Bank of America and Bank Leu. He was the first Managing Partner of Stratton Street Capital LLP until July 2014, and continues to advise the group as a consultant. Mr. Main currently chairs the Next Generation Managers Group of AIMA (Alternate Investment Markets Association), where he is a member of its Standing Committee, and he sits on a number of outside boards in a non-executive capacity on behalf of high net worth families.

ADAM Chairman John Croft said: "At this important juncture in the reshaping of Adamas Finance Asia, we are delighted that Adamas has appointed Hugh and Andrew, who together bring tremendous additional depth of Asian experience at a time when the Company is positioned to begin implement its strategic shift into credit finance."
