Interim dividend

Further to the announcement released earlier today by Associated British Foods plc (the 'Company') of its interim results for the 24 weeks ended 27 February 2016, the Company confirms that an interim dividend of 10.3 pence per share will be paid on 1 July 2016 to shareholders on the Company's register of members at the close of business on 3 June 2016.

The Company operates a dividend reinvestment plan ('DRIP'). The final date for receipt or withdrawal of elections under the DRIP will be 10 June 2016.
