تود مجموعة جي إف إتش المالية إعلام السادة المساهمين والأسواق أن تصنيفات وكالة ستاندر آند بور العالمية قد قامت برفع التصنيف الإئتماني طويل الأجل للمجموعة من  (B-) الى  (B) مع نظرة مستقبلية مستقرة.  كما قامت الوكالة برفع لتصنيف الإئتماني للصكوك المصدرة من شركة صكوك جي اف اتش من  (B-) الى  .(B)

يعزو ذلك الى الإيرادات المرنة خلال الفترة 2020-2022، مع استمرار الأعمال المصرفية الاستثمارية ، والأنشطة المصرفية المعاد تنشيطها ، وزيادة الإيرادات من أعمال الخزانة ، بالإضافة إلى فصل في الأعمال العقارية عن أنشطة البنك.

GFH Financial Group would like to advise its shareholders and the markets that S&P Global Ratings (S&P) has raised the Group's long-term rating from B- to B with a stable outlook. At the same time, the agency also raised the credit ratings on sukuk issued by GFH Sukuk Company Ltd to 'B' from 'B-'.

This was supported by resilient revenues over 2020-2022, with sustained investment banking business, revitalized banking activities, and expanded revenue from treasury business, in addition to the spun-off the real estate business.
