New Board Members Appointed

Two new members have been appointed to Accent Group Limited and Accent Housing Limited Board's after a competitive process.  Nici-Audhlam-Gardner was appointed with effect from 1 February 2022 and Ilona Blue appointed with effect from 1 April 2022.

Nici Audhlam-Gardner is currently Chief Commercial Officer at One Family. Previously Nici was Managing Director of Money and Investment Services at Saga. Before this she held several senior roles at RBS including Products and Marketing Director of the divestment bank, Williams & Glyn, and Managing Director of Sales and Marketing for its commercial bank. Nici has previous non-executive housing experience with Catalyst where she sat on the main board and key board committees. Nici will also sit on Accent's Audit and Risk Committee.

Ilona Blue is currently Group Finance Director for the Department of Transport. Ilona has held a number of senior roles in the public sector, transport and infrastructure services, defence, national security and economic policy sectors. Ilona has non-executive experience with several NHS and public sector appointments at both main board and Audit Committee level. Ilona will also sit on Accent's People Committee.
