Accent Housing Limited (a subsidiary of Accent Group Limited) has on 31 March 2024 accepted a transfer of engagements from its subsidiary Domus Services Limited (registration number 9204), pursuant to section 110 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014.
The completion of this group reorganisation simplifies the group structure.
