Chief Executive Officer to stand down

Paul Dolan of Accent Group will stand down as CEO after nearly 7 years in post.

Paul will join The Riverside Group in May as their new Group Chief Executive.

Accent Group will ensure strong interim arrangements are in place as they embark on the search for a new CEO over the coming months.During Paul's tenure, he led Accent to achieve a record-breaking bond deal to amplify and advance Accent's ambitions, progressed Accent's development agenda to a pipeline of 500 homes per year and formed a Strategic Partnership with Homes England. Paul also developed and delivered two successful corporate strategies to build a financially strong and resilient business able to meet the changing needs of customers in a turbulent environment.Speaking of Paul's departure, Tom Miskell, Chair of Accent Group, comments:
