Key Highlights for half year 2022

· Group revenue increased to EUR 1,076 million (versus EUR 704 half year 2021), continuing on a strong growth trajectory

· Gross Profit increased to EUR 225 million (versus EUR 170 million half year 2021)

· EBITDA increased to EUR 115 million (versus EUR 90 million half year 2021)

· The Group maintains a strong liquidity position with EUR 167 million of cash and cash equivalents

Despite worldwide supply-chain challenges, inflationary pressures, and the conflict in Ukraine, the Group achieved a significant increase in earnings during H1 2022:

Ø Successful integration of newly acquired port terminals in Europe within the group's Port Infrastructure and Logistics division

Ø Significant increase in volumes across our Metals and Minerals divisions, with secondary aluminium production running at full capacity

Ø Successful expansion of our crops business across west Africa and our vanilla business in the Indian Ocean

Ø The group remains focused on delivering world class services to the natural resources industry, and strong full-year 2022 results are anticipated
