Key Highlights for half year 2021

· Group revenue increased to EUR 709 million (versus EUR 585 half year 2020), continuing on a solid growth trajectory

· Gross Profit increased to EUR 170 million (versus EUR 158 million half year 2020)

· EBITDA increased to EUR 90 million (versus EUR 83 million half year 2020)

· The Group maintains a strong liquidity position with EUR 284 million of cash and cash equivalents

The Group's subsidiaries were above budget for the first half of 2021 and are expected to continue to outperform during the year, driven by an increase in business activity and benefiting from their diverse, resilient and risk adverse business models.
