Key Highlights for full year 2020

· Group revenue increased to EUR 1.10 billion (versus EUR 1.02 billion full year 2019), continuing on a solid growth trajectory

· Gross Profit increased to EUR 306 million (versus EUR 251 million full year 2019)

· EBITDA increased to EUR 151 million (versus EUR 101 million full year 2018)

· The Group maintains a strong liquidity position with EUR127.7 million of cash and cash equivalents

The Group's subsidiaries are above budget for the first quarter 2021, benefiting from their diverse, resilient and risk adverse business models.
