Appointment of Damien Régent as Non-Executive Director and Retirement of Mike Green as Non-Executive Director

The Issuer welcomes Damien Régent to the Board as a Non-Executive Director from 1 July 2026. Damien has also been appointed as Chair of Anchor's Audit & Risk Committee (ARC) and will take up this role on 1 September 2026 when current Non-Executive Director and ARC Chair Mike Green retires from the Board.

Damien is an experienced Non-Executive Director. He holds board-level roles in various sectors, including social housing and NHS Foundation Trusts. He is a financial analyst by background with significant expertise in credit markets and financial institutions.

Damien said of his appointment: "I am delighted to join the Board of Anchor to help to take the organisation to the next level. I look forward to meeting with colleagues and working with them. I will be focused on ensuring that Anchor is best positioned to deliver the excellent service that its residents deserve."

Retirement of Mike Green as Non-Executive Director

Mike Green will be stepping down from the Board on 31 August 2026 at the end of his third, three-year term of office. The Issuer wishes to note its sincere thanks and gratitude to Mike who has ably and diligently chaired the Audit & Risk Committee as well as being a committed and insightful Non-executive Director and member of the Customer Experience, Regulatory Compliance Oversight and Treasury & Pensions committees.
