Issue of Regulatory Judgement - Governance and Financial Viability

Anchor Hanover Group (the Issuer) £450,000,000 2 per cent Secured Sustainability Bonds due 2051 (ISIN XS2349738190).

The Issuer announces that the Regulator of Social Housing has today issued a regulatory judgement in respect of the Issuer. The Issuer's Governance grading has been downgraded from G1 to G3. Its Viability grading remains unchanged at V1. A copy of that judgement can be found here: Anchor Hanover Group - GOV.UK.

On 26 February 2025 the Regulator of Social Housing issued a Consumer Standard grading of C3 in respect of the Issuer.
