Board Update

Appointment of Chief Financial Officer to Anchor's Board

In February 2023, Amanda Holgate joined Anchor as Chief Financial Officer. Having completed a successful introductory period, the Board is pleased to announce that Amanda has been appointed to Anchor's Board from 23 May 2023. Anchor operates a unitary board structure with nine Non-executive Directors and two Executive Directors, being the Chief Executive and the Chief Financial Officer.

Amanda has worked in the housing sector for more than eight years with recent roles including CFO at Southern Housing Group, Deputy Finance Director at Family Mosaic and Director, Finance Services at Peabody. Prior to entering the housing sector she gained more than 20 years' financial and commercial experience in a range of sectors including financial services, technology and retail asset management.

Resignation of Rachael Dennis

The Board accepted the resignation of Non-executive Director Rachael Dennis on 31 March 2023, for personal reasons. The Board thanks Rachael for her contribution and wishes her well.
