I am dbw. Last week as I stated, I sold my half mil shares @ 34 something, later I bought back in at 31 something can't be bothered to check the actual amount. Made an additional 50k of shares.
Guess what - going to churn again this pm. Just waiting for the SP to drop further.

Markets have obviously decided that the question put to the court is a neutral question. It is'nt black or white, it depends.....consequently they will want to be democratic with their response because they realise the enormity of their decdision. Ergo - this baby will drag on and on....and that will become the main problem mon ami.

The constitutional courts don't throw the request out? What if they permit it to go to a higher court for adjudication?
This (as has been said before) could take bloody years to resolve. I think countires like Ecuador are capable of this bureaucratic nightmare. Miners would simply move on.

though. Many weeks (if not months) ago, someone on here flagged up that the locals were kicking off about mining in their backyards. The usual 'bunch' on here of social media bullies tore into him and ripped him to shreds telling him he was a deramper, didn't know what he was talking about, cursing him defiling his character............and look what happened.

Glad to see you benefitted from last weeks turbulence. I sold all my SOLG holdings and watched, too. Bought back in at 2.8p lower, so made a juicy increase in stock. Might do the same again if the stock drops over the next couple of weeks, which I hope it will do as the market starts to sulk over SOLG!.
For.what it's worth (which isn't much, as I am a punter not a miner!) I really believe common sense will prevail in Ecuador and ALL miners in the country will be allowed to continue, albeit with tightened regs pertaining to responsible environmental activities, so something like open cast would probably not see the light of day, if you excuse the pun!

"Illegal Artisan hung for spreading fake news because he made £10 million shorting Solg stock".
And the stock will rush back to its heady 37p or whatever until MRE3 comes out at the end of this year, or is it 2020....or maybe 2021. NM can't remember - he's getting on now.

But if our mate Arty (the artisan) has his day in fake court, then that's another 20 days of fake worrying before the next barrier is finally removed unleashing to untold wealth....Boom, wham, whoosh, hold on!
