RE: How Are People Buying?11 Nov 2020 14:41
Baby - how long is a piece of string?
There are literally hundreds of PI's watching this board who are investing in GGP. Of course when you look at all the other stock and all the other PI's, we're talking possibly hundreds of thousands of investers possibly over a million?
Each has their fund. It could be £100 it could be £1,000,000. Depends on your background eh?
Like anything material in life, you buy what you can afford.
WRT this share - seasoned vets will have dabbled for decades in stock and bought and sold relatively successfully to have a large 'pot' to play with. Others are just plain rich (but these are very few and far between (on here) because very rich people have wealth managers doing this sort of thing for them. I suspect (from my decades of experience) the 'mid percentile' here are between £1000 and £100,000 as a very rough fag packet assessment. There are extremes and as I have said before, a survey was done on here in august (?) as to who had what and of the 275 who responded, 167 ish had over 1,000,000 shares in GGP. Bear in mind this was a tiddler penny share only 18 months ago.
So welcome, play safe don't get greedy, heed the comments from the well meaning on here and pace yourself.
Personally I think this is still capable of reaching 75p+ (at the current level of discovery). So theoretically you could triple your investment.
One last thing - in the world of investment, there are TWO currencies - the £GBP and TIME. Both arte limited resources and both need careful investing.
