Interesting that 1m sells hasn't pushed the sp down too much. Could be some background buying going on? Good support for sp.

Interesting to see if what happened with a previous blocker showing on L2 happens once a few thousand more of the 100k are sold ie the available shares for sale just evaporated. Like you I am not convinced these are real shares for sale. If not the SP could rise quite quickly. If they are the SP will still rise. Positive sentiment this month.

Also reported. Why do people waste their time doing this? Get a life please....

Paludina Thanks for posting. Interesting that the FCA has suffered criticism in recent months in the financial press for being less effective than it should be. I think they have reacted to that and are being more proactive when dealing with misdemeanours.

RichKen Your post is full of so many warm words that are of real importance in living our lives day by day. I admire you both and send you my warmest support. Just as your posts on Bushveld are warm, positive and life-affirming. It's important not to be distracted by the other stuff on this board that has no meaning or value in the wider scheme of things. Looks like the 38p level has finally been breached. 1st of the 100k's sits at 39.5p. I think the upcoming PEA and RNS just released has encouraged some buying activity.

Just to emphasise the MM's are trying every trick in the book to keep a lid on this SP as they know time is running out. Really makes me angry that investors are being misled by this type of behaviour. Another example to be recorded. My Xmas present wish for a fair and transparent wish has been delayed a year to 2019 unfortunately!

Some MM is playing about with the SP just now. There are some buys of 500 and other smaller values going through at 40.5p to give the impression that any trades below 40p are sells. They are not! I've just been quoted 39.98p to buy. How low will the MM's stoop to deceive honest PI's who frankly just can't believe the SP movements today (in the absence of unreported trades of course). Interesting that Cantor Fitzgerald appears active today.

The few who are shorting this share are clearly becoming more desperate given the quality of attempted infestations. Not much time left to sort out their shorts before positive news. I wouldn't be surprised to see an RNS next week.

I make it c500k buys with no move in the SP and way more buys than sells today. I thought the SP went up when that happened? Peel Hunt must have a lot of shares to sell from somewhere.

Only 700k shares traded and sp falls 6%? There may be some yet to be reported trades or some shorting going on today. Patience required.

Souplesse has gone, although may of course return in new guise. Now the focus turns to the FCA.

Icarus69 The strength of this board lies in the quality not just of the posts and research but also of the debate and well-informed comments. We can all learn from each other and our investments can grow. Knowledge helps us all do better as investors. Where I see posters I disagree with I tend to ignore them, I don't filter. I doubt there is anyone on this board who agrees with everything posted. The objective evidence of the success of this board lies in the number of posts. But the board's ongoing success can't be taken for granted. All those who are here for the longer term with BMN have an obligation to take care of our board and help it grow and develop as an asset for all readers, to remain the best on AIM. I hope that as a well-informed poster who I respect you continue to help contribute towards the wider success of this board. There are many views expressed here - it is a forum that allows free expression. I think it is important to be tolerant of all of these views whilst selecting the ones that help us reach our own objectives.

What I have learned most today on this board is that humanity thrives - many people here care for the wellbeing of others on this board and that this is part of the privilege of being human and being alive. I may be off-message in saying this but we invest in order to live our lives well, at least that's what I do. Take care all.

Looks like another tactical RNS but not sure to what end. I like the detailed information provided which geologists from other companies will no doubt be able to interpret and I am sure interpret positively or they would not have issued the RNS. Nick appears to be back to playing poker again. Say 1 thing and do another. I recall another poster a few months back maybe on a another site saying the time between MRE and PEA is fertile for bids. I don't know if one is coming our way or not but the RNS could be aimed at a non-shareholder or even at BHP? Still looks to me like he is encouraging a bidder to come forward in the next few weeks. If we see more news and the PEA delayed into say Feb/Mar this may confirm that. I recall the company saying a couple pf months ago that the PEA could follow within 3/4 weeks of the MRE - they just had to slot some figures into a spreadsheet. Probably not as simple as that but it is looking positive for early 2019 imho.

I liked this extract from the RNS. It's still early days for Porvenir but it looks like this is a strong focus for early 2019.
