490k Buy and the share price didn't move.

Another late reported 100k buy today that's 120k bought 37k sold and still the share price doesn't move.. Last Friday 4th the same 100k late reported buy: 128k bought (total) 9k sold (total) -o move in share price... Why is the s.p not moving?...

So the MM's didn't attract eough PI sellers to fillany largeoders on Friday. So they open the rice up 0.75 wit zero trades on LSE or PLUS mkts. Hopfully we wilsee a nice rise now as they switch tack to get usto part with our trades. GLA

Thanks for doing this. I am struggling to find time at the moment. You are right 12M shares would represent 4% of the company below the 5% notification threshold (assuming a new buyer). But since the 14th someone has been buying up in 100k - 250k blocks, I suspect it is the same person filling the 6M order that got cancelled.18M share would push their stake to 6% over the 5% threshold. I find it hard to believe though that this is a new player and therefore it is likley they alreayd have more than 5% holding so why no notification. Do you have a link to the place you did your reseach? I would like to see if anyone is expempt fom delcaring and if so under what conditions.
