Ended up buying 15k shares this AM as a ST trade, SP looks resilient at these levels in a down market

Had to buy another 50k, 15% yield + reduces my average.

Three things Im expecting to happen soon

1 strategic action

2 SP bounce back, once the RPI to CPI gets finalized. Personlly dont think anything will happen, its a consultation paper only at this point and does not mean there will be action taken

3 Bond yields to soften as rates are cut and we are clear of the budget (If RR can get her act together)

Looks like we are in for some generally. Watching close and will re enter if we get to ~£10.

Some larger holders selling out, probably been holding a while and maybe a little bit of a crowded trade.

Actually bought my 20k shares over a few tranches between 1050-1070. Not as big a gamble as you may think. There have signals on trading, aircraft etc Plus shorts looked well over extended + shares oversold. I would call it a well calculated trade

FWIW I dont get them all right, but as long as you get more right than wrong you will do ok, its as simple as that

We have all the drill results to drop yet. Warrants extended to Dec....for good reason!!

Shorts will be closing out some of their positions, whilst still having a good profit

I believe that the forward view remains impossible to provide, as Wizz have not been given a recovery plan to resolve all the GTF issues. Thats my understanding

This is now looking like a crowded short situation. Thurs could turn into a short covering stampede, sending the SP up violently, if the market reacts positively to the results/messaging.

I would guess by ~10-15% upside Thurs. Shorters dont always get it right and have got it spectacularly wrong on many occasions
