The budget may have helped put a floor under the SP (bond yeilds). Lots of IIs selling lately, you only have to look at the sell volumes of late.

Yes we are loosing NAV and have the CPI/RPI issue that may end up being nothing more than a red herring. Having seen all the gov responses, the message is very clear.

- Pref shares, 100p redemption with current 50p SP and a nr 50% discount to NAV. Longer term issue that really needs to be addressed as part of any financial restructuring

- How we going to fund any growth inc AR7. Re cycling assets has yielded little - Whats the plan, we cannot just keep doing what we are doing

A new Chair should provide fresh ideas / momentum

Final option is wind up, is the BSIF model applicable here? We should have a veiw of any BSIF offers in the coming months. Expect any offer will be a discount to NAV

**The biggest probably being peoples lack or misunderstanding of financial/price engineering / modelling and whether its good / bad. Now the SPs are tanking everone has a view :-)

2. Lab, really put the skids on all renewables with RPI to CPI, moving the goal posts, shows real lack of business acumen by Lab (who will fund ongoing infra build when challenged with possible policy change mid flight)

....... All that said, I do think we will bounce back once the budget clouds clear and BSIF get an offer (assuming they do) I continue to hold my large 6 fig holding (so yes feeling the pain with many others)

Lets not kid ourselves, current peace talks are impacting the SP at the moment, not deals.
