The BB has missed the bigger news of Forum Energy Services Ltd, a Gazprom-linked one man show called Paul Forrest, taking an opening 2.27%
in Angus. Paul Forrest also controls AAOG, a shell company with an option on 25% of the Saltfleetby gas field.

I think DP has hit on a good opportunity for himself, probably over a few beers with his Greek speculator mate, on an old project he knows well. As per his half of all gains with the Greek, he gains 25 million more Rock shares and a big chunk of change. Does that align him even better with shareholders or more likely to retire? Would need to hear a lot more details and financial forecasts before being convinced, as it does take attention away from our core areas, which are the gold and copper deposits we already have in hand in Australia. Sounds like he's already convinced the rest of the BOD, though. "Transformational" was mentioned.

That's good news in that RNS - production certainly moving in the right direction. The flexibility in loan repayment is also a welcome development, taking some pressure off while the technical team fine tune the leaching process.

I have to second Bones warning. I am normally an optimist, but that has been dented by the Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee of Tiziana and Accustem, Gabriele Certone and Kunwar Shailubhai. OKYO belongs to the same stable of biotech startups of Gabriele's. I hope this product works out for OKYO but between now and trials in q3, the sp is only going one way without further news. And seeing how they have acted over at TiziAana that may be exactly what they want.

Would expect the SP to regain a range over 20p on this news, and the progress being made at APTA.

And coming down the pipeline to the UK?

Unfortunately, as well as holding TILS in my UK ISA, and therefore ACMSY in my Fund and Shares Account at HL, I also hold TLSA shares in a US Fidelity Account (I used to be US Resident for several years much like daveycaferacer, I believe).
Yesterday I noted 2 considerable sums were taken from my account, amounting to over 7% of my TLSA share value!
I called Fidelity as I had no idea about these charges. They looked into it and it turns out there is
a) Annual fee of $0.02 per ADR, just for holding them, to JP Morgan
b) A one-off CUSIP number change fee of $0.05 per share, again to the banksters at JP Morgan
At a current price per ADR of $0.88 you can see this is already 8% of share value, plus you will be charged commissions if shares have to be sold to cover the charge.

I was not informed of these charges beforehand, perhaps they are buried in a corporate action document from Tizianas listing advisors at Dechert LLP.

In my view, this isn't the time to sell as l think GC and KS have been holding back on news for their own reasons, but l think some news must be due.

Great detective work skittish, especially on possible collaboration between Lucan of Angus and Paul Forrest. You also suggest a possible informal stitch up with Zenith for the Tilapia asset and of course the bulldozing through of the Forum Group when an alternative takeover by former management was being discussed. Do you think Sarah Cope was in on the collaborative enterprise that may be theorized between Paul Forrest/Gazprom, Angus, and Zenith?
Would the indications of such a collaboration be worth an investigation by the FCA or higher law enforcement?

Hole BCH001 501 m grading 0.14 % CuEq has been intersected, with the drill hole finishing with visible copper in veins.
Hole BCH002 is mineralised with visible copper veins for most of its length, with two distinct zones identified in the hole. 357 m grading 0.11 % CuEq., with the drill hole finishing with visible copper in veins.
I think the numbers above scared somepunters. Shame we did not tag some deeper holes to ge to the main porphyry body. Hopefully that happens H1 this year.

Just listened in to the XTR segment with Andymillsy (13-23 mins approx) and i have to say that Andy summarised the main points very well: Eureka and Manica production and income, Bushranger fings, open pit model, AA 2 million tonne Cu target, multiple porphyries, new incentive packages for staff, and Colins keeness to get a deal. Well done!
