Indeed fulmar. It amazes me that the US have meddled with Ukrainian politics to Ukraine's detriment (and that of Europe) totally unnecessarily. The same neocons that have provided us with humanitarian bombings of Afghanistan, Iraq, Serbia, Libya, Syria and Yemen are back in place in Washington. Are they trying to find a diplomatic solution to minimise Ukrainian suffering? No- they are pumping in more weapons. Their hubris and greed is affecting us all, including our supply chains, energy costs and most importantly our safety in the face of nuclear brinkmanship.

My opinion after glancing over this financing is positive. I do hope Tilapia launches soon, been waiting since the farce at Anglo African Oil and Gas under David Sefton.

At this sp can only conclude that international developments are spooking the markets. No surprise there as NATO brinkmanship and the Russian reaction have brought us to this fine mess. I hope the USA does not fight the Russians down to the last Ukrainian. It didn't have to be this way. But then, neither did Afghanistan.

I see a lot of strong emotions from people on both sides, normal in time of military conflict . However, while condemning Russian aggression, we need to remain cognisant of the role of the Americans, EU, and the Ukrainian government in this crisis.

His 2015 talk is almost prophetic - all the points every side is making are covered there.

Thats right Tillywhiz, lets try to be positive. As Brits we all love the underdogs and hats off to the tough resistance shown by the Ukrainian defenders. I think Putin has made a terrible mistake going outside of the Donbass with his campaign, although he has said many times that NATO in Ukraine was unacceptable (at least since 2008 when the genius Bush administration of the Iraq WMD fame announced Georgia and Ukraine as NATO candidates and he sent the military into Georgia) .
The Ukrainians are a mix of Viking, Slav, Mongol and Cossack. All good fighting stock. Unfortunately they are now fighting their cousins, literally in many cases. I think a lot of westerners or outsiders do not appreciate that.
Hoping for an early end to hostilities ....

In Thor relevant news the hamfisted handling of energy policy in the West has made clear the glaring need for non-renewable based baseload power supply, which has to be fossil fuel or nuclear at this time. Nuclear is zero carbon so is a better alternative for governments who have hamstrung themselves with zero-emissions targets (unlike India and China). Until thorium reactors get commercial (at least a decade away) that leaves uranium as a nuclear fuel in demand, and Thor in a good place. Imho.

The Biden-Harris administration seems more interested in protecting Ukraine's borders than their own, probably due to the deficient socialist thinking that the more government dependent folks they ship in, the more votes they will get long term. The $6 billion tank deal just signed with Poland also has nothing to do with I am sure, but you can see the Miltary Industrial Complex puppetmasters need a new corpse on which they feed now their genius military strategist and humanitarian Biden has abandoned Afghanistan to the terrorists.
