Gcat, as a small cap, like a lot of other small caps have suffered over the last 12 months really not because they arent good anymore but because markets and investors sentiment changes.

Take Green Energy stocks. After Covid hit they had an amazing 9 months, with loads going up over 200 or 300 even %, but a lot of the hype came from new investors looking for a millionaire maker after hearing about stocks due to the Covid drop, thinking the world will recover greener, then reality hits that the world carried on as normal and those investors get bored and leave, resulting in a long slow drop.

My point is, a previous high doesn't mean that value is the correct long term base value, it could well be overpriced due to too much hype, likewise a real low price doesn't mean its no good, it could be underpriced for the long term.

There is also other reasons such as big sellers, trying to get out of long periods of time, dilutions, world events etc etc.

Is the drop because Caracal isnt in a good place? Not for me. In fact I think if you have just found it now, its great news it did drop as potentially timing has worked in your favour here.

On the subject of MRE 2 (or 2nd update, whatever you want to call it).

Does batch 4 contain just infill drills i.e. move over more inferred into indicated

OR does it also have expansion drills in it? and if so, does anyone think it will have enough to take us over that 1 mil mark?

Going from the June Presentation you have some key stuff to look forward to before the years out:

-MRE upgrade 2 - includes batch 4 samples
-Drilling started for regionals in KPG - RNS today confirms
-1st results from regional drills in KPG
-Drill start in Tanzania projects
-More ongoing drill results from Tanzania and KPG Regionals
-Finalize and commence commissioning of KPG

And of course ideally hitting the 2k oz per month target (although that figure getting hit may well not be released within the year, but just after depending on if they release as part of quarterlys or as a one off we hit it RNS).

Thats a nice flow of info if all ends up positive.

The recent research note gave a heads up that the Oz would be up and down due to programme works and so I am not at all worried by that.

Main detail is on course for year end target of being able to achieve 2k oz in a month.

The drills are coming into their own too allowing us to drill other areas etc. Great to see.

Sorry Scipio, I didn't really explain myself as well as I could have. The land reference was more about Thar's Coal and NZ's gold, which was more referencing whats in that land (hopefully with the Gold) that just a by proxy bit of space.

I'm very much a realistic myself so get its natural to have questions. Take the Gold, yes we have a bit target amount but that doesn't mean that target will get hit. Its not a indicated mineral reserve but a if all went well ideal guess.

Thing is, for me, almost all small caps have an element of risk attached, it is why they are still small caps. Its Very different type of investing than buying a Ftse 100 company as an example, however with that risk comes the potential of greater rewards.

If we are talking just the Hydrogen play here we are writing off 2 potentially very big other projects in Coal and Gold. Now if just one of them comes good, that should be a decent return from these prices.

The Gold as mentioned by AG can be funded via a JV but I think it still has some way to go yet before its near mine build stage.

But if you are in for the more medium to long term like I am, thats ok, I can wait a few years.

Scipio, funding questions/concerns are always a valid thing and to me should be on every investors mind for any small cap so certainly not a silly concern.

I have a general rule which over the years have proved fair. If the company already has billions of shares in issue it is likely to have been dilution heavy to keep the lights on in the past and thus expect future dilutions . Thus if one happens, don't get upset.

However there is also a "right time" for every share. Being in early isnt always best. While Oracle has only gained more fame recently its been around for years. Those very early investors will have lost out due to all of the dilutiions, however those raises funds have helpd get Oracle to where it is now and so for an investor today, while future dilutions are always a risk, much less so, thus making the share nearer "right time" to get in.

Just my view, not saying buy now, just saying, past investors have helped prep this company, thank them and potentially enjoy the benifits of that.

As for why do they need Oracle still? Because we own the land/IPs/Deals etc. Yes we may well end up the minor party in any deal, but that minor bit can still be worth A LOT.

Having narrow vision can often mislead a lot of investors be that both positively and negatively.

When you zoom out and look at the wider markets suddenly your isolated drop doesn't look so isolated but actually just your company following the general market trend, same goes for upside moves a lot too.

In Coras case, the value today also includes some of the risk still on the table but as each risk removed, step by step, then for me I can see the large upside available if all goes to plan.

The question then becomes do I feel Coras management has the ability to deliver the project and overcome each hurdle on route? And for me its a big YES.

When it comes to juniors management is so key to success but so far the CEO has proved he has what it takes by successfully delivering some outstanding drill campaigns and getting work done in other areas.

Is the term sheet holding it back? Yes very likely, but once signed that term sheet is also a major cataylst for growth.

In answer to your question and you likely already know, basically dilutions. Any company with SOIs in the billions area is always evidence they rely on shareholder fund raises over long periods of time to keep the lights on. Oracle has been no different with a lot of false dawns on route. There has been some political issues with the coal being a no go at one point, but that now seems resolved.

What I will say though, is there is a time in every companies history where it is the optimum time to invest and for me that is around now.

Being early in small caps is very rarely best as so much funds are needed over years to get things going you run the risk of being diluted down heavily, however being late means you miss the big rises.

Today, past holders have taken the big hits to allow it to have 3 top projects on the go.

I think in part some of the projects lost there way under different political leaderships.

As rightly say, anyone of the ongoing projects has the potential to be a game changer but each is in a different stage.

The Gold as anyone into mining will know is still very early doors and building out a mine plant and MRE is a slow and costly project, however great to have ongoing in the back ground.

Green Hydro - Is very in vogue right now and while the customer base is still in the early adopters phase, by the time its built, the HGV/Transport market could well be a lot more advanced and hopefully the new MOU will become more binding and improve this area, again though, its going to be several years to built out and thats if things started asap.

Thar Block, is likely the most desirable project for ****Stan in shorter term due to there demand for that quick fix energy supply, again though, nothing will be super quick.

Each one of those has MASSIVE potential for the company and us holders, all are years away however you just need that conrete "build is on" moment for investors to be able to see things are serious.

I believe that will happen, but its understandable after so many years of under performance that some are waiting to see movement before joining us.

A 100:1 consilidation doesn't affect your holding value as automatically the SP goes up by same multiple and thus you end up with less shares but each worth more.

I agree with Tradedesk on this one.

Non-binding MOUs are great and better than no MOU as at least it means parties are talking, but its nothing solid.

10 years in and you want solid. To get there these MOUs should help, so its certainly not a negative but they have to count for something and to many times over the years not just here but on most micro caps, they haven't.

For me its a positive but I wasnt expecting it to affect the SP yet.

Seems to be some confusion here. From what I've read I don't think anyone is saying they are shocked AG, just simply pointing out something written on the RNS, which should be acceptable unless only positives are allowed.

Seeing a concern, doesn't mean you don't believe in the company or dislike it or think it will fail either, it can just be a case of someone wanted to discuss something openly, which really we should be able to manage.

Each to their own of course and no right or wrong way to think.

From my convos with others I know one of the risks I had feedback to me was that the resource at Kili just wasn't proved up enough, and that was a fair concern too.

My hope is the upgrade sorts that nicely as the inferred moves to indicated and beyond.

For what its worth the bigger rises come after periods of low volume. You need some news of course but as mentioned above as time goes on the income should start increasing and the Mcap will start looking like more of a bargin.
