RE: Encouraging Tati results7 Nov 2022 11:48
My own mind echos some what of what LegalWolf wrote.
Really positive start but its just that, a start. If you have been in mining/exploring for sometime with other companies, these type of drills from POW would be very early doors stuff, with years of further drills to come, costing many millions and requiring many dilutive raises to enable those 30,000 mtr type of Diamound Drills that the market wants to see. And even those companies who do that, still have small mcaps.
Its very hard financially for a small company to do any decent work on lots of projects at once. Its why most small caps focus everything onto one main permit area, with the others as additionals.
However, if you spin out as we have been, then it makes sense. Those spin outs focus more soley on just one or two permits/projects.
Tati could work as a quick win, as capex should be small if local plants are used, or maybe provide another spinout option?
I have no issues with the spinout model as its different from what a lot of others offer. Yes, each spinout will have many years to go before forfilling their own respective potentials, and our stakes may well get diluted down in each as raises happen with each spinout, but it provides a low cost model for us.
So, for me, tati results were positive but its start of a journey stuff. I wouldn't expect any big SP movement off of it until you get to bigger drills stuff.
