Whilst the time scale of the reforms and then elections is debatable, what is certain is that whilst Yunus is leader he will not approve an open pit coal mine, he will only consider clean energy projects.

Yunus will NOT authorise a mine. We need an election but that's not going to be for near 2 years. GCM has no business and no income whatsoever, yet has a cashburn of £125,000 per month. GCM has cash for 7 months. No Bangladesh elections for 2 years.
