Allowing 3 months for the new govt to settle in.

That leaves GCM having to raise at least 8 months money - so it'll be a minimum raise of £1m @ a discounted 1p a share - 100million dilution. Share price always drops below the fundraise price.

This fundraise can be done any time, most certainly before June.

Then it's hoping 1 Yunus agrees to elections in Dec25 and 2 that the BNP actually win. Still nothing is guaranteed.

As per RNS of 16Apr24 - £2m funding to cover costs for 16 months, so possibly up to Aug25.

Expecting a £1m fundraise at 1p which will see 100m share dilution which should keep GCM going until after the touted December elections.

Normally GCM will do the fundraise 2/3 months before due.

However there has been a huge buyer buying in big volume seemingly unnerved by the funds running out or the possible massive dilution. Normally the fundraise is forward sold on the back of a rise. I'm wondering if the forward selling has already started hence the high volume being bought not rising the sp.

Dilemma is to buy now or wait for the fundraise dilution at 1p to drop the sp. Will Tang pull out another rabbit to boost the sp? Decisions, decisions........

Enough cash to last until July. Hopefully Elections will be held in December. £1m raise should keep GCM going until elections are done. £1m @ 1p must be due soon - Tang won't wait until July so the fundraise can come at any time.

Trump to meet long time ally Modi at the White House. No doubt a plan to deal with the little ferret Yunus will be discussed. Yunus thinks he's clever inviting Soros and Pakistan into Bangladesh. He already angered Trump by donating to Hilary Clinton's campaign against Trump. Trump will not allow Yunus to bring in either to threaten India and peace in the region. Yunus won't last even until December and the elections will be a lot sooner.

Meanwhile Yunus is begging India to send more electricity for the summer. He's unelected and desperately trying to thwart democratic elections as the incountry unrest grows daily. The unrest will soon spill over once the power cuts start during the heatwaves. Time for him to move on.

Bangla did Tang categorically deny having any connection to Dyani at the AGM? Assuming he was telling the truth then Dyani and DGi, and Polo in which Dyani is also a substantial shareholder, will not stand by and let Tang steal the asset. And Dyani are at the front of the negotiations with Powerchina, that is who Powerchina deal with. Did Gary Lye stop caring about shareholders when he ended his directorship? And DGi appears to be a bona fide company with Bangladesh energy heavyweights onboard. Again not connected to Tang.

My guess is is that this has bottomed out now and there's a buyer buying all the sells without pushing up the sp. The pressure is building on Yunus from inside and outside Bangla and he will have to set the elections so he can leave with his head held high. If a fundraise is needed Tang will find a rabbit to boost the sp up as usual. Would it have benefitted Dyani and DGi to wait until the fundraise to get their share payments at a lower sp and so get significantly more shares? That's a good indicator things are positive behind the scenes.

As Trump works through his global enemy list Obama and Clinton's friend Yunus will be getting his call soon. For Yunus the party is over, and he will be forced to get those democratic elections sorted immediately.

The Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul alleged on Thursday that the interim government led by Dr Yunus is failing to play a neutral role on several issues. He said if Dr Yunus Administration can’t remain impartial, a neutral government will be required during the elections.

Fakhrul said the government should arrange the election as soon as possible after carrying out the necessary minimum reforms.

He also said all political parties agree on the necessity of holding elections, as it is the gateway to the democratic system, reports UNB.

US ambassador already said US and India want elections immediately. They won't allow Yunus to turn Bangla into an Islamic state. Yunus is an illegitimate placement who has far outstayed his welcome. The US ambassador would not speak without Trump's authority. Yunus is finished. The BNP have been invited to the US soon as well.

Khaleda Zia has been cleared of charges by Bangla courts and is now free to run in the election. She approved the mine in the first place so knows the value.

Just looks like more waffle and ambiguity, just what he thinks Powerchina might be doing and admits only low level government contact, without even expanding on what that contact entails. As expected, there's nothing even remotely tangibly positive regards moving the project forward.
