GCM AGM passed a resulution to allow the board to issue 150m shares at 1p to raise £1.5m at any time over the next 12 months.

GCM is burning £125000 per month. £1.5m fundraise will see them out until 2nd quarter 2026 when another fundraise will be required.

Massive dilution coming. They will miraculously find a bit of good news soon though to get the sp up on a false rise to forward sell the fundraise to more suckers.

Even if the BNP approve the mine in 2026 with all the debt, partners and now mining contractors coming onboard there won't be much left for shareholders. Shareholders shafted again.

No i didn't ramp first half of the year, I believed in the project and believed there would be success.

I called the early fundraise and it was downhill from there.

Then Hasina scarpered and the long time coal hating Yunus was installed.

There's no way Yunus approves a mine. GCM needs the BNP in. Agree with you things will change once the elections are set and if the BNP win.

The only problem is Yunus is in no rush to run elections. And GCM only has funds until til June/July 2025. So a massive fundraise will need to be done. They have already set the bar at 1p and at up to 150 million shares. The sp will follow.

If the BNP want reforms done in 3 to 4 months then 6 months would be acceptable to them. It is then a 3 month election contest. Late 2025 was always the date hinted at.

With funding only until July 2025 GCM will have no other option other than to do a fundraise which will incur massive dilution.

It is inevitable that there will be no election BEFORE GCM runs out of money. So either GCM just ceases as a going concern or they do a fundraise with massive dilution.
