Given they settled for $1M with no prior formal notice of a potential liability and no proper explanation - there is no surety this is the final can of worms. Wake up one day and find another at any time. We only knew about this as SJL posted.

BB, the company was aware of a liability and announced nothing in advance of the liability under supposedly better management.

Truth be told they should have outlined the reason for any liability.

Just as dodgy so my scenario of improvement hasn't been proven out. New CEO may be no better than the last lot at this rate.

Sooner sold on the better. 5.5 - 6p OK with me, enough to get a decent return at that level.

David, because such a potential liability (if it had high probability) should have been announced. The company didn't do that. Very bad, not to be trusted. Other stuff could still be lurking.

Where is the "we are all clean now" statement? There isn't one.

Not surprised. There are few excuses for not informing the market (no matter what the CEO status) when there is chance of a liability like this.

Problems run deep and wide and way beyond the old ceo/cfo.

They have confirmed there will always be the chance of hidden risk here that can slam at no notice and hence it gets de-rated.

The most disappointing part was there was no formal mention, by the company, of the ICM issue prior to today.

That is real mushroom approach to shareholders and we can NEVER be sure there aren't othe issues until there is a 'we settled" RNS.

Not a good start under new management.

If there is merit to his case I would expect some news soon and possible passing mention in any forward look in the release.

No mention, imho, equals BS called and no case to answer and of no significance to shareholders.

He expects it to head much higher, what other reason can there be for a NED to buy at over 100p.

I looked at the release date of old TUs and this one was earlier than normal and the NED bought now when he could have bought more at 79p in the placing. Perhaps more news is due.
