The Director share sales were to DBAY and listed on LSE and RNS so there has been some relationship and might be a reason for status under consideration. It looks and sounds peculiar.

Looks they tried to drum up the sp via Yellowstone and it was a miserable failure whereas they could have also tried IMC and others. Feable. Almost like it was on purppose.

Bonneville, South Eastern and South Western are the other three authorities. If one of the four has a good experience with the product it can only help to sell to the others.

Better than I was expecting. There are 3 others to look to convert as I guess all 4 need the same sort of capabilities.

They sold out of 10% of Dialight and finished late last week and might be to have more cash at hand to stand a chance of taking Proactis out of Pollens grip.

Could DBAY be raising cash to counter bid for Proactis else they have list an opportunity at the last minute. They are discussing with the bidder but it looks too late unless they offer an extra 10% over 75p.

DBAY want more money or part of Proactis? Participation is an interesting word to use. Participation in the acquisition, not just go along with it and vote for. Anyone still holding PHD might get a few more pennies.

Finally DBAY have settled at 220p for Telit and perhaps they will now look to Proactis.

When it goes this quiet on the trades for Proactis something happens just afterwards and will be interesting to watch as there is a chance another group will throw their hat into the ring. Once only opportunity to buy the group.
