Its going down before stabilising in my opinion and you can't argue with revenue.

Costs can be manipulated, hard revenue cannot. After stabilisation brilliant, before risky. If they report a 6 months with revenue decline (or more) its going lower.

The people with real money will decide and I don't think they are buying this yet and some probably selling to use the money elsewhere .

Only small players are being distributed to who will be under water for quire a while.

Refinancing not the issue but the terms might well be or some action to swap some debt for equity = dilution.

Debt for equity is interesting as any sniff of that might account for this weakness???

I'm on exactly the same page Matt and before then attitudes to debt are likely to have changed. Nothing stays the same forever.

Looking back and projecting forwards is fine if the future attitudes remain as they were in the past. The debt metrics are heading backwards and I think the words NET DEBT will become toxic in the not too distant future.

If the sp falls (I expect it will) then the past is dead along with its attitudes.

Once the dividend is paid it will drop by at least the divi amount. Look at the 3 other times about spring/summer last year it was near this price and if it breaks lower is into the 3's. Take the divi and run.

Homework? It was bid up prior to dividend in March, this time it was sold down PRIOR.

We could see sub £4 between now and next summer as a sell-off is very over due in the States and the heavily indebted will get taken down with it.

All we hear is how high this can go but it could be cut by 25-50% too if the US hits a skid patch which it is due to.

The dividend is noise vs that type of haircut.

The presentation was lack lustre and the debt metrics not heading in the right diection and crunch time coming. 2024 sounds a long way off but it isn't and its still not heading into a very much better place. I think this can and will go lower over the next 3-5 months. dyor etc.
