Do yourself a favour and call the company but before you do look over the RNS on body armour going back to the earliest contract awards. Growth that was in the price from the market and now gone and not coming back and neither will the multiple that growth implied.

Companies like this don't have single problems, they come in clusters. First was supply chain, then failure in test and next will probably be total costs, not just revenue loss, but real cash costs.

You haven't dealt with the US end. Any contractual reparations will be in the total final cost (not revenue) and there's every chance of a clause to the effect that failure to supply results in $ costs to the vendor. It will all come out in December, one way or another.

Too early to know if anything else will come out about any libailities if they can't supply product. The amount of cash needed to scale will come off the sale price if its sold at all.
