Would not be shocked if no change to CEO but a sudden transfer to Private Equity at what may appear a low ball price but enough for Turcan. Overnight RNS to announce its out if its misery for a cash sum and all management gone.

I'm not sure this should be listed at all but taken off market, given a seeing to and then run as private cash cow or if able to get a good turn around a future re-list.

The silence is deafening, something afoot imho.

This smells like news is due or something improving and dont think the price is just rising without a reason.

Someone is happy to pay 44p for the 2 largest volume trades of the day. OK, they show as sells but there had to be a buyer expecting to make money off a 44p price.

The formal investigation didn't result in notification of illegality.
Not sure SJL has behaved in a way making him fit for a BoD position on a listed entity.

My issue is the selective spreading of FUD. It's not fair. Everyone being subject to the same FUD at the same time is the way to do it and the way it should have be done and there are proper channels for that.

If the company had big doubts there would be a formal investigation announced.
Look how quickly they announced such last time, they didn't hang about.
Information on this PBB was not announced to all shareholders simultaneously & no guarantee of its veracity etc.

The FUD has been spread here, amongst smaller investors. May be a few reasons why.

SJL has created this problem on this PBB. If there is no issue the company has no need or obligation to do anything other than carry on in business. SJL hasn't made any accusation outside of this PBB and none backed up by proof, or did I miss it?

If there is someting to this then expect an RNS otherwise none.

If there is nothing to it let's hope SJL states so here and puts you out of your misery and doesn't leave you hanging in the wind.

There is nothing to deny or defend, therefore, nothing for the company to announce. Nothing for them to do.

Note, there was no illegality to Halls actions. No police involvement etc.
For all you or I know there is no merit to a case wrt the warranties query.
If there was cause for concern a formal RNS would be released, quickly.

If there was merit an RNS should have already been issued notifying of investigation of the matter and implIcactions. There's no need to issue and RNS if there is no merit.

1) This PBB is selective disclosure, its not a legitimate news source, as an RNS is, released market wide simultaneously.

2) SJL may be annoyed and have deep pockets but that doesn't make him right nor guarantee any action isn't fallacious.

3) The company should and will follow the correct procedure.

The price will be higher a year from now. US tax loss selling will cease and there will be capital return helping promote a higher share price.

Interesting to see what happens after US tax loss selling season ends and what, if any, price bounce epecially if tender offer etc announced.

Some who sold might not be able to get back onboard. If there is no case and some are shaken out and can't get back in, who is responsible for that?

To the wide market, outside this PBB which is insignificant, there is no dark cloud as SJL has only selectively disclosed to us.

No RNS suggests he hasn't opened a case and perhaps might not if proven to have no grounds. The company doesn't need to announce anything, certainly announce zero if there is no case to answer and they can prove such.

Companies encounter all sorts of issues. The difference here is the potential plaintiff has posted about it here and people have then assumed all sorts and galen his side.

bakky, fallacious claims occur all over the place. There is no need to announce if fallacious unless the plaintiff brings a case or begins to work in the wider press.

This PBB is noise, insignificant. You might even find yourself being played by someone bringing a fallacious claim. If so, it's not the problem of the company.

Best not to over estimate the impact of PBBs or assume SJL has a leg to stand on.

What if SJL doesn't have a leg to stand on and has been told so?
No need to inform the market of any such outcome.

Who knows but if there were grounds for substantial internal concern surely there would have been an RNS by now? I would have expected them to be aware of any problems when (or soon after) he made first contact given the formal investigation having been completed. Some bright spark should have double checked immediately he made a query.

If this was given a fintech rating we wouldn't be at this price.

If the company believes there is no case to answer any following RNS will be to the effect the company rejects claims made and intends to defend vigorously. Worded properly it might even support the share price. If I was MMX I wouldn't co-operate until absolutely necessary.
