The US is in tax loss selling season and accounts for some of the volume.

He regrets selling ICM to MMX.
From what I can gather deep pockets will put a bid under MMX price.
Large shareholders will not be in the dark as far as this is concerned.

Last transaction could have been 16th Dec.

Since 25th Aug they have added about 11M shares, last add may have been 16th Dec ir could be date buyback pushed them over threshold.

I think #1 investor would have some knowledge we don't wrt this matter.

I think there is a case of some sellers regret here.

If you are accused of something doesn't the accuser have to prove guilt and not the defender their innocence? "Prove to me you are innocent" is often met with "Foxtrot Oscar".

SJL needs nformation to make a case in order to take action. Inferences won't do it. A judge will kick out any case considered frivolous.

Notes and statements will be made available from both sides to the other if a case is opened and needs to be defended. Until then there is no need for MMX to do anything unless there are contractual obligations still in force or a court is involved to force the hand.

Exactly, notify if they believe there is a liability to investigate or 3rd party action taken against the company that could lead to a liability. Neither applies yet. Assuming either will apply is a speculation.

What if MMX formal investigation even looked into this and found no reason for concern? If there was reason shouldn't that have been included in the relevant closure RNS?

We don't know and the lack of a pretty quickly issued RNS but an initial Foxtrot Oscar response suggests there may be no case to answer. Human beings do have regrets, do become suspicious and do make mistakes. We all do.

Has it not crossed your mind that SJL might be wrong, the company (with all its faults) believes there is no case to answer and the approach is considered speculative sellers regret?

MMX is under no obligation to release information to SJL except under court order prior to any case. Personally I think they told him Foxtrot Oscar as they are sure there is no case to answer and have no relationship with SJL as he sold out. Why should he be treated any differently to any other non-shareholder now? He needs to request information via the appropriate formal route and offer his proof of wrongdoing to a judge.

Remember, innocence before proof of guilt.
Where is his proof?

Great news and a good endorsement. They have some decent partners to work with. It has just struck me how diverse their end customers are and a good sign too. Retail, oil and gas, Gov, Education, Property, Charity, Finance and others.

The longer it takes for any (if there is one) RNS to land announcing this matter the less certain we can be there is a case to answer.

We don't know.

Stock available at 83p as someone is trying to sell down. Could be a better entry point available next year as bound to see the cash hit in 2021 as they spend on integration. 2022 probably good but 2021 might see some weakness depending on the news.

Well he made a statement and its a welcome one. Seeing anyone other than DBAY buy is OK with me as their buys are an admission no one else is interested and they are in control.

Subjudice or not its none too clever to post on a PBB concerning a potential forthcoming court case. There's a fair amount of material to work with in there and it's not 100% clear there was any breach of warranties.

Has anyone here seen the paperwork? I guess not but immediately many posters know the outcome.

Too many unknowns, too many assumptions.
No one can be sure but some will sell thinking they know what is next.

So only paltry buyback volume yesterday. Someone else was taking the stock. Good.

Volume also appears to take off after US open if the trade times are to be believed.

David, few coincidences and you might be correct, but, US tax loss selling deadline is 31st Dec. Same date buyback ends. More than one moving part.
