Expect another raise or two and share issuance. At least it will help liquidity but an avoid. Not enough cash to carry it through and the big customers will want to see a strong balance sheet before risking CRDL as a vendor. Expect another raise or 2.

If they come out and say no sale what do you think will happen to the price? It looks more likely to be the case thand even 50:50 after this length of time.

Don't fall in love with this, some who bought higher may have and look what happened.

Could happen again and their market is changing very quickly. Assuming they are on the right side of that change is dangerous as is assuming the solo bidder stays around.

Look at 2025 forecast too, for a growth company.

Bought then sold and made a decent return. Concern now is if the now solo bidder won't budge by much or even walks away. It's more precarious than some might admit and if that happens, and closer to tax loss selling (Feb/March), this takes another hit. Bird in the hand worth 2 in the bush so I took a profit into cash.

If closing this deal at 125p+ was so certain the price wouldn't have fallen by as much as it did. A few pennies perhaps but not 12%+ and so close to 100p. A floor for now.

I would take management by their word when they set the stage for the next set of results and 2025 quite moribund. Another thing. What value a growth stock during such a year?

BB14, logic now plays less of a part than dynamics of negotiation and human emotion. If TIG kick out this offer they have to consider their fiduciary duty and prove doing so is in the best interests of the majority of shareholders not just Kestrel. They have a bug job on their hands.

I don't think this is a good situation at all. Not healthy and a total management distraction that also costs money.

They didn't want to getting into a competitive bidding situation so now the other has the reins and harder to push a hard bargain against a single player who might also pull out with the chance the price tanks further. 125p or sub 90p. Down for a while in that case too so not quick bounce back towards 110p, may take many months.

Time is money.

From what I understand all stops during offer period. Turning into a bit of a s!!t show. If it goes down again it won't be back up for a while as will take sometime for the stink to fade and reputation for steady management and sensible volatility (this is not sensible) will be in tatters.

Taking a PE stake offering is risky and may not be SIPP or ISA compatible. There is higher than zero chance that the 2 walk away or TIG just says no. If that happens the exit may be a little crowded and some get burnt on the collapse back towards 100p or below.

The 2 offerors pounced when they did as they saw the price responding to the buyback and waiting much longer would have resulted in needing to offer a higher opening price, my opinion. It should go through at 135p+, ideally closer to 150p where it should be. Lets hope it gets signed soon as things may become a little strange soon with some turbulence.
