Would be happy for someone to approach even at £1 now but once Google changes are out of the way and this is stable again it will be £1.80+ in my opinion. I understand the frustrations but if you can be patient I think this will sort itself out.

Someone wanted out perhaps ready for new tax year but in any case they sold and ran even though this is a very decent value with growth after the Google changes are navigated.

Kestrel can add about another 6.5% before close to 30%. TIG should be buying back hand over first. Their recent buys are underwater. Kestrels buys before this episode are underwater. This is now cheap. If they don't buy aggressively its a warning sign as opportunities like this don't happen every day especially if you can wait 18 months. Worse case is a partial break-up in my opinion. Added aggressively but trades not showing and got a really decent buy price.

If stas20 is right and this is dodgy, Kestrel have a major partner on the BoD, what does that mean? I don't believe this is dodgy just dropped the ball big time with shinez followed by 2x opportunistic interests.

Whatever, a major shareholder has reputational risk if enough people think like stas20 and that's not good.

Accelerate the buyback and Kestrel step in to buy what they can before hitting 30%.

Kestrel and the company should be buying hand over fist as this is a gift.

Who think Kestrel come out looking badly? Lots of work to do to get this in a good place but does look undervalued now by a good amount.

Got in early doors for an 18 month hold. Gap down will probably be filled.

TIG and Kestrel proving they are prepared to walk away? Kestrel can't buy a vast amount more to support the sp if deal collapses, their NAV will take a hit.

A Kestrel take private is on the cards or they are stuck here for at least another 2 years.

Other way round is downside risk vs upside.

If they don't land this sale they are stuck here for a loooooooooong time. The world is heading into a global stagflation and no matter how well TIG does the price will be stuck in the mud for ages. Get the cash in the bank.

Lack of any interest gives the message it was all flam based on one article on a website hardly read.

I don't see Kestrel being so STOOPID as to kill this chance to exit. TIG will not recover for a long time if it takes a hit on offer cancellation and they will be stuck here for another 2 years or more just to get back to 130p they can get today. Eveything is heading down for a while at 130p per share will be really useful as cash.

There is a a process for the buyback but logically buying less stock back can leave more cash in the business and that may be a bigger asset to an acquirer than a smaller float. Everyone looks at the price per share for the offer too, look at the total cost when the offer landed and there were more shares at at that time. Naturally as the share float drops the price per share must go up to maintain the same valuation of the business. An acquirer might value cash on the books more highly too. Think about it and look at what cost per share now needs to be to even equal the first offer. I thinks its still on at 130p+.

If it goes through there is a big upside capital event coming after a big downside capital event. Make sense to make use of all losses against tax.

No buyout then capital raise inbound to scale is my opinion, with cost/dilution and not a good price to do it at. Smells of desperation.

Fantasy to expect a large upside on a close-in buyout. I can't believe much of what has taken place outside of an attempt to get the price up for someone to exit and it failed, that's my opinion. It's a trap. Capital needed to scale this is not available at a reasonable price in interest or dilution so its stuck and going nowhere. Prove me wrong.
