Picture looks hazy but there is a lurking buyer and a break-up of the company is very possible with cash returned to shareholders at well above 35p. It smells of it.
No one wants it and the buybacks are to help larger holders trim back without trashing the price completely. without the buyback liquidity would drift even lower along with the price until it reaches some no brainer buy price lower than today when others will step in to buy. not good.
ISA/LISA/SIPP from a standard online platform provider is unlikely to allow a private off market holding and not clear if any would allow part of your holding to be converted. You might want to look at buying KKR instead and at least you can trade it and keep an eye on it online.

I still think this will revisit the lows or even break below them no matter what anyone thinks about the value and future. We've just seen a counter trend rally in my opinion. It will bottom and reverse and over time increase in price but anyone thinking they know if that is in a month, 6 months or 18 months is delusional. No one knows but the price says not yet.

Roche will upset the applecart too. They have been beavering away on their approach to nanopore and are going end-end. Could be the Ox Nano price weakness is in anticipation of some heavy competition arriving on the scene after recent Roche work. No lack of money and lots of deep penetration into the market and a well thought of company globally. Especially in Western Europe.
