I only got into this share recent. I noticed the’re some RNSs issued everyday regarding forms regarding Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code (the "Code"). Is this company is on position for a Take over?

Other banks do the same as Metro bank on texting pass code to the account holder & account holder key the code in transaction to get approval by the bank so why. Metrobank got picked. IMHO from the Watchdog program someone got access to the phone PARC code & able access phone & other data & bank details. Metrobank was good to do what they did.
