RNSes and the co.’s presentations are legal doc. To do all these just to convert the warrants? You know will the directors & others involved will get if found to misled market on those grounds? Long prison terms (forget the fines)! Christian S. has spent more than 15 years building EUA & near retiring age, holds loads of shares - think he wants to go to prison? I think he wants to retire with a fat payout!
