What happen if they’ve sold last couple days /yesterday when price was higher @13p/14p.?
Or real reason they’re getting in?
With this acquisition at least OEX still in business & not going bust so is good news all round. Give confidence to be in whilst wait for Cambay issue to resolve.
I saw that shorts list this morning. If they opened or increased shorts on 31/7 & 1/8 does it means they’ll drive below their shorts prices?
I'm not invested here do feel very sorry for those lost their money in here.
Just reading the news it says "However, Spectre was required to give 14 days' notice of cancellation. During that notice period, Spectre passed the acceptance threshold of 75% and was consequently compelled to complete the 11.445 pence per share buy." - does it means they're paying SH 11.445p for their shares each. If so is better than last close price 8.28 - is it not?
On HL can see after hours /bell on Fri. a huge sell of over £66,000 (see below)
16:38 - 02/08
Buy 100000 9.11p £9,110.00
16:35 - 02/08
Sell 726577 9.11p £66,191.16
I do agree is a good co. & business. With good prospects but unfortunately the 1p IPO cronies keep selling this sp. down. If they’re done/ stop / gone then the sp will start to reflect the real position. Unfortunately the clumsy IPO & the cronies had somehow damaged & scared prospective buyers off.
Were the IPO buyers given warrants to subscribe too? Warrants at 1p too or different price.?
If they keep doing these evening investors presentations organised by some of these investors events organisers tbh they’re throwing away their money as I noticed most attendees are not serious investors (some don’t even know basic of investing) & are there for some social get together or free drinks. These events costs several £’000 which the company squeezing from shareholders.
Oil_beast, do you have details of tonight's presentation please - would to talk to them right in their faces.
Any body else going? Need much support to face & question them.
Ive been here for past 2 to 3 years and the money I invested here is melting faster than the iceberg in the Artic! 96% down - wonder why?
Why didn’t these IPO holders sell few months when sp was in the teens then - would have had made more profits then?
I’m not surprise d, Pelham. We loyal shareholders learnt the hard way. I’ve been here since last year buying at 1p days. Am sure some others even bought at 3p days (they might been out since).
Wonder if Ian will do an evening investment event like some other companies & good for shareholders to attend & question him. Or do a Q&A session. Maybe shareholders can suggest they do a Q&A session. - wonder if he got the guts to do that.?
smokin, I thought Ian's mates already forwarded sold when the sp was above 0.37. So they already have had made some gains. Again agreed with you he got to also makes another higher one to let then gain more or out.
I agreed with you, Dip_Stick. Makes me think they left their mates out on higher sp. Then pay themselves more shares on this lower / lowest price. If they’ve placed when sp was higher (only just some weeks ago) & also arrange to pay their wages at that time - market reactions & sentiments will be different. Their finance situation don’t just change overnight. Or was it a bad calculated judgement that they expect the money from the contract will be in. Honestly beggars believe.
