Would be nice to see some other shorts close/reduce positions. As we saw with the late Friday RNS 11 days ago this share is like a coiled spring. If we get some genuinely good news it's going to be carnage for the shorters.

Snapper is on record as saying he is an ex PFC employee who now hates the company and would love to see it become insolvent and it's 1000s of employees become unemployed. Pretty sad state of affairs.

The penultimate paragraph on page 152 states that a PG is required by one of PFCs customers and that if the PG is not posted PFC is in danger of losing the contract. The RNS last week stated that an 'alternative agreement' has been reached with respect to said PG (we don't know if the alternative agreement involved cash, that is just pure conjecture on your part). We assume therefore at least in the near term the threat of PFC losing the contract above has been abated. Again, this just highlights the positive nature of the RNS from last Friday and why the SP jumped almost 70%.

Talk about reading between the lines. Let's wait until we receive further details before making such assumptions.

The last RNS stated no such thing. We don't know what the 'alternative agreement' stated is.

"Petrofac today announces that it has reached an alternative agreement with a key customer with respect to the performance guarantee requirements under that contract".
