The same people posting the same information again and again. I think if anyone wanted to sell they would have by now and if anyone wants to hold they're still holding. Let's just wait for some concrete news from the company and then we can all make an informed decision that isn't based on conjecture because let's face it as someone else posted earlier absolutely no one knows for certain what will happen.

I'm not sure I read it as clear cut as you Clunge. As the article itself states the rules regarding target companies, in this Petrofac needing to declare a takeover bid aren't as clear and open to interpretation.
