Fair enough, but once the restructuring takes place hopefully they'll be off the blacklist.

As of September 2023 PFC were still on their blacklist. A lot can change in a year.

And while you're at it report the shorters who piled in to PFC from last October without the absence of any official news or otherwise after guidance from the company stated that they would be roughly cash neutral by the end of the year.

A largely negative half year results but some glimmer of hope also, especially from the Q&A session. The performance guarantees requirement was cited as one of the reasons for the D4E so let's hope with the smaller than expected figure quoted the dilution isn't as bad as we had feared. After all the word significant is pretty subjective.

Hopefully we won't have much longer to wait to find out what's going to happen.

Clearly the timing of the RNS yesterday evening was calculated. If they'd released that RNS in the morning the SP would have tanked. I have a suspicion the RNS on Monday is going to be fairly upbeat and they're banking on it partially offsetting the news from Friday. As far as the RI goes I'm not interested. If they begin to generate profits in the next year or so however I'll be tempted.

Apparently they've won over 1bn of new contracts this year. That's probably news to most of us. I think the half year results will be good including an impending conclusion to the noose around the neck of the Thai clean oil contract. They'll also possibly announce the new contract(s) above. They did something similar last December.

Apo, I'm not sure I would call it a positive RNS but considering 5 months ago I'd written off my investment in PFC what this RNS gives us is a good chance at survival and in a few years the possibility of a successful, profitable company. The problem is, of course, not all of us are prepared to nor can hold on for that long. Wishing all LTHs luck in the coming few months (and years).

Not the RNS we were hoping for but no disaster either. The important thing is survival right now for PFC and it seems like they've been able to reach an agreement with debt holders which will allow them to get through the current cash crisis and hopefully flourish in the next couple of years.

Still over 30% up in the last month. Let's see what next week brings.

And if it was employees buying millions of shares then that's a massive positive. They know a lot more than us about how the compmany is doing and I'm sure they wouldn't want to buy shares that were about to get massively diluted.

It certainly couldnt have been shorts reducing as there was no reduction yesterday so makes sense.

I mean from 2 days ago Mav when we had that spike in the price. If it wasn't shorts then who? Employee share save as Trader suggested?

No short decrease yesterday. Wonder who was buying then?
