The new shorts added sometime on Monday and the news regarding Sidara was released at approximately 1430. Entirely possible they added before the takeover news and now as a result stuck with their position.

If the article is correct it also makes a 40p per share takeover ludicrous. More like at least £1.20.

Anything below £1 will be rejected. I think a starting bid of £1.10 and then counter bids of up to £1.50 will seal the deal.

Any idea of the BoD accepting an offer below £1 is nonsensical. Aside from the SP and sentiment not a lot has changed in 6 months. Seems like some have sold and are looking for a lower re-entry. All the noise is pointless anyway since the offer Sidara hopefully make is what counts.

I expect an offer of approximately £1.40 - £1.50 but it wouldn't surprise me if Sidara surprise us all and put in a higher offer to seal the deal.

I disagree James. A price of £1.40 is an excellent price for Sidara. Ignore the current shareprice. Everyone knows its artificiallylow due to the reviewwhich we know is anon event now and the FCF issues.

Sidara won't offer anything below £1. Ignore the current SP. It won't be anything above £2 either. Something between £1.30 and £1.50 will secure the deal IMO.

Well, that was unexpected. Been at work all day and just came home to nice surprise. It was obvious Sidara and/or someone else would be interested at the currebt share price. My best guess is £1.40. GLA.
