You have absolutely no idea whether that is the case or not and in my experience over many years it is often NOT the case, flipping is a typical uninformed BB comment. I have found from conversations over the years contrary to that uninformed old chestnut that more often than not it is long term investors who take part in placings who see much greater value looking forwards to the longer term. Early investors in CEY back in 2003 were not looking for a quick 10% but understood the long term potential, not that I'm comparing NMG to CEY but I recall when I first invested when it was around 3p now around £1.60 (it has been higher) So I have every confidence those who took part in the placing will understand the value of our company being well above where we are now once production is underway and the BOD move us forwards.
Moved back up to all square :-)
"means nmg are on peoples radar" but not on that many I would say Warrior, but growing I'm quite sure :-) Also I feel some still are looking backwards with NMG as an explorer in Austria whereas we are now on the verge of being a producer from Georgia with know massive resources.
Some interesting trades and moves of the SP are we about to see the SP move forwards again. The offer pushed up to .18p now. There will be a trigger at some stage I have no doubt whether it will the next RNS or whether buying starts first remains to be seen.
Precisely Warrior.......When news hits that production is about to start or is underway then I doubt there will be any buying under .20p.
But the question is, will it dip again ! We could have news anytime of progress towards our initial production.
Good post Ant....... I couldn't agree more : "I'm happy and firmly believe they will deliver, the asset is huge. Will it need further funding along the way? Quite possibly but given the potential and the JV it's a drop in the ocean, now once they prove the model works it's one way sailing from there."
NMG is now moving towards production in a small way at first but we will be producing gold at just the right time as the POG is steadily rising. The assets we know of are already worth far more than our present market cap and I would expect the resources will be increased as we move forwards. £7m market cap is no way a fair valuation for our company in light of where we are now and as further news flows on progress towards production I'm quite sure we will see our SP rise from the present low level.
Sometimes I really do despair when people who I can only assume are adults think there is something clever to behave like school children in the playground and think they are clever when in fact they only show themselves up by their juvenile and quite frankly silly behaviour.
I hear Greg has resigned his NED position with Strat Aero, I would assume so he can concentrate on NMG which is obviously his main commitment. I read it as another positive sign for us. Why we are stuck at this SP still does surprise me.
Sorry typo........ It shout have read "It has not taken........... "
I has not taken many buys to strengthen the MM's bid.
Thanks for posting Steny, further good news :-)
I don't know anything about AGQ but 1p here by the end of the year is quite possible in my view. Even if it only got to half of that over the next 6 months then that is still a decent profit from where we are now.
Buys continuing and now close to the full offer so another move up looking likely. With the expectation of further increases in the POG looking forwards we are in a great position to be starting production.
Vxrandall yes you are right leapfrog does have a tendency to be rude to people. However you have also been rude to Greg Kuenzel and others in your last post. I consider the dilution or confetti as you like to refer to it, used to enhance your downing of the company is outweighed by the transformation of where the company is now and the assets it now has. I have to say that I also thought Hope4green's was of little merit. From the present SP there is good reason to expect significant upside in my view but clearly getting back to 8p if that was what he meant from 7 years ago then that will require something exceptional which I'm not expecting. But upside from .185p yes.
CEO or MD as he is titled on the NMG website that is no bearing on how NMG has been transformed since the acquisitions in Georgia. It is soon going to be producing and the dilution that there has been does not alter that the fact the company is clearly transforming form explorer to producer. As long as they deliver on that transformation over the coming weeks or months along with the considerable increased assets and possibly a lot more the company is vastly undervalued in my view. The potential for upside in SP over the coming 12 months is significant in my view.
I looked at the right time that's all Reggie :-) I'm sure we have a lot more to come over the coming weeks and months. At present the true bid on 1m is .171p
We are away :-)
I have Reggie and I have been surprised that we have not moved up more than we have. However we have just seen someone selling 3.5m and the MM's may well have other people wanting to sell, so when enough buyers materialise we will move on. I have no doubt we will over the coming weeks and months but whether today is anyones guess.
