Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Ryan, you are wasting your time it is quite clear what the agenda is we can all see it, it goes on all over the BB's now both here and ADVFN. They arrive in force and do as much as they can to knock the company regardless of facts or the truth with the sole intention of trying to get the SP price down to buy in and add at a low a price as possible. Checking out their posting history you will see the same pattern on other BB's it is crystal clear. There are of course those that are bitter and twisted just because they invested at the wrong time buying at a much higher price but you can be assured they will hunt in pack. It is most certainly not for altruistic reasons you can be sure of that.
CONTINUED I’m sure others here are still waiting for you to answer the question which you appear to have overlooked "I hold better companies with more trustworthy and proven management teams" can you tell us here what those companies are as some here might have some cash available that they are looking to invest in such a company ? As I say I'm quite sure other will welcome hearing what those companies are.
Sorry I did not mean to offend you GlobalMacro and far from being manipulative I’m just trying to understand your justification for some of your posts. In your post from 17.13 “. I don't know GK as well as others, and perhaps he is a born liar “ I hardly think to suggest our MD is perhaps a “born liar”, is either professional or showing the basic respect that one gives to any other person one is dealing with in business. Also some of your comments in your email are not much better, suggesting “It's possible you do not give two shits as long as you reward yourself with big salaries and deep in the money options “ I will surprised if you get a response to that and I would expect the NOMADS will advise accordingly. In your reply to me you have suggested that if Q3 production does not get underway and generate income to justify it’s share price the shares have no intrinsic value if it has no hope of making money. It would seem to me that you do not fully understand how a company such as NMG is valued. If NMG prove up the resources from a Soviet resource asset to JORC then that will mean the company will have a higher value, higher market cap. If the resources are great enough (I’m not saying they are) then a larger miner could well come in to takeover NMG to acquire it’s resources. Getting production underway is one way to build the company and hence market cap but another way would be to prove up the resources, possibly sell them, or develop them. If proven to be great enough then the SP will be higher and any funding required to then go on and develop those resources should then be at a higher SP hence less dilution and in the long term a greater shareholder return. Which all falls into place with Thursday mornings RNS. I fully understand that all people who buy shares don’t necessarily view BB’s but the point I’m making you say you bought back in mid April and mid June but when you did register on the 6th July you did not post anything about NMG until today and all pretty much negative. In my experience of over 12 years on BB your first post on 7th July on KEFI does not have a “ring” of someone posting on a BB for the very first time. Your first post on KEFI a company you have not claimed to have bought into while not taking an interest in the BB of a company you have bought into. To answer your questions, firstly why I think NMG is a great investment and what your missing. The license areas we now hold in Georgia cover a very large area and have the potential to prove up to significant JORC resources. My expectation is that the Soviet reserves will not disappoint but I could be wrong of course. To answer your second question no I haven’t made a site visit. I’m sure others here are still waiting for you to answer the question which you appear to have overlooked "I hold better companies with more trustworthy and proven manageme
Thanks for clarifying GlobalMacro, so your timing was not very good then you bought in fairly close to our recent highs, at least close to the top. Buying in when lot's of others did I guess, looking at the short term picture. AIM shares often slip back after initial excitement of news like that. I wondered why you didn't take an interest in the BB at that time and waited until July 6th before registering with LSE and only posted on the BB for the first time today ? You have posted ", I hold better companies with more trustworthy and proven management teams" can you tell us here what those companies are as some here might have some cash available that they are looking to invest in such a company ? I don't have such a low opinion of our BOD as you but if I did I would NOT have invested. So despite your "red flags" and low opinion of our BOD you still invested do you still think that was wise ?
There is lots of information both in writing and from financial advisers that investing in shares should be looked at as a long term investment. We don't know where the SP will go tomorrow, next week or next month for sure but what we do know is anyone who bought in late last year or in the first 3 months of this year is sitting on a gain of something like 50% if they are still holding at the close today. Had they sold out in May they could have made a 100% profit, a very good profit by any standards I would suggest. Had they sold out yesterday or first thing this morning might have made something like a 70% profit. Also very good. So anyone who bought during late 2015 early 2016 NMG has been a very good investment.
I posted this earlier today on ADVFN but was busy and didn't get around to posting here at the same time : "Significantly Increases Size of Au & Cu Target" my understanding it is adding value to our company and significantly so I would say a totally wrong market reaction for anyone looking at the long term here. I can understand some may be disappointed that mining is not about to get underway as we had expected but as long there is nothing sinister in that decision then it is positive news today and the market has got it wrong for the moment. The MM's clearly read it that way this morning as well, although they might not always get it right one only has to look at the initial market reaction to a lot of RNS to see that. I would expect we will see an interview with Greg over the coming days, maybe even later today when hopefully he will explain with more detail the decision. I was looking at NMG for the longer term and have taken the news as positive.
In an earlier post you posted this : "vxrandall I think we are owed an explanation" vxrandall was asked the question only a couple of days ago if he holds NMG which unless I have missed it he did not answer. So in my opinion he is not owed any more of an explanation than the RNS if he is not a shareholder and I would hope and expect as a shareholder that Greg would not bother adding anything to the RNS by private email to someone who can't be verified as a shareholder. NMG will from the shareholder register be able to verify if anyone who sends an email to them requesting further information is in fact a shareholder.
GlobalMacro I notice you have only been registered on LSE for about one month and you have ditched most of your shares in NMG today but kept some just in case as you put it. In the interest of clarity would you like to tell us when you decided to buy into NMG as today would appear to be your first day posting on NMG ? I notice you have also posted on POG which you also would appear to have a low opinion of : POGConfused27 Jul '16 Petropavlovsk is one of the few shares I just can't get my head around. Despite its recent history, perhaps questionnable management and their decision making, the fact is the company is able to puke out cash at this gold price. Petropavlovsk isn't the best run company out there with the best projects, however it is a solid producer with plenty of resources/reserves and plenty of upside potential. The current valuation is completely unjustified and eventually the markets will eventually wakeup. Would you like to give the BB an idea of some stocks you do hold that you consider make a good investment so some us of us could have a look and possibly buy into......of course if you are already a holder the SP might rise and you may well be in profit then.........:-) Just a thought
What I fail to understand is NMG is such bad investment and Greg Kuenzel is such a bad MD why the trolls spend so much time writing on a BB about this dreadful investment. One thing I'm sure of it is not for the benefit of those either invested in NMG. Another thing the chances of getting an honest and fact based reason from a troll is zero. Another thing that makes no sense or hold any logic or credibility is why trolls who have such a low opinion of not only NMG, Greg Kuenzel and AIM in general spend so much time posting on BB's of AIM stocks as opposed to spending their time trying researching companies they think make good investments. Investing in AIM stocks is high risk, there is enough information out there to advise people of this before buying into AIM stocks. However get the right company and buy at the right time the rewards can be far greater than larger FTSE 100 companies. However one can lose it all, but that is the risk we take or not. As for the typical comments made by trolls ****ging of directors and making numerous unfounded accusations shows just how uninformed they are and just have no idea. Directors don't just make things up and release it by a RNS it will have been checked by NOMADS and in some cases they will require verification on any claim made by the company. One thing is CERTAIN the trolls are not altruistic. It's the same posters both here on ADVFN who spend most if not all their time trolling stocks and not contributing anything constructive on any stocks. We can all draw our own conclusions.
I agree as well Manlord, spot on.
Correction it should have been "there" not their.
If ever their was a case of avoiding the question and trying to change the subject and divert attention that is text book example. I don't recall anyone suggesting 50p on here and if they did I for one would make a comment along the lines of keep dreaming or don't hold your breath :-) However if the SP multiplied by 5 times say.......which is a substantial gain and would be a SP of around 0.9p and a market cap in the order of £45m then I do not consider that demanding or at all out of the question over the next twelve months if all goes to plan .
A slow start today but buyers now appearing again so it looks like we could move on from here soon but for a significant move we need news of production of course.
I agree on both points Korg, although I do understand that some whant to point out the total stupidity in his stance but I would still say just ignore.
Amanda van Dyke in her interview with Zak was quite clear that if NMG were producing in August or September at the latest and then went on to prove up the resources from the large area we hold from Russian to JORC then she would expect a significant uprating. So hopefully we should not have long to wait for the news that production is either underway or about to start and that should be the first step in our re-rating. The present market cap is far from demanding in my opinion.
Yes there is I'm afraid Oilbuy and the trolls have no interest in the truth. Thanks Korg. It is a waste of time with ADVFN but LSE show far greater responsibility with their site.
Thank you for posting that Ant, not that I have any concerns with Greg or NMG. Sorry for off the topic but briefly for the record. I am not this Jonathan character or have I been paid by AERO to ramp AERO or any other company. It is complete rubbish started by Hulsey Smith as he is being sued by the board of Strat Aero and he has made that ludicrous accusation against me based purely on the fact I hosted the AERO BB on ADVFN and believed in the business plan that Tony Dunleavy was promoting late last year and into the beginning of this year. There are other posters on ADVFN who know full well that I am not Jonathan Verney and I am not paid to ramp or promote any company. It is completely false, quite laughable especially Hulsey Smith's accusation.
LOL......that would be rather nice but I have to say I don't think I'll bank on that at this time :-) We can all dream I suppose :-)
I agree with Warrior, very likely it is at surface so very easy we just need the processing agreement signed off and we can be underway.
Kong, 1p would equate to a market cap in the order of £42m, high for where we are now but with production underway and the POG remaining strong then quite achievable in my opinion.
