Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Still RE76 posts rubbish. "Offer and indemnity" grow up RE76 that is being childish simple. The poster is posting his opinion views as the rest of us our and you appear to be doing your best to discourage install fear to lower the price as you clearly want in cheaper anyone can see that. Why else would someone spend so much of their precious time posting negative sentiments on a BB for investing.
Agreed Marketmakers........we could have two mines in production next year........Could ! At this market cap it is a joke it should be several times that.
In light of what was revealed here yesterday regarding our interests in Romania then I would have thought we can expect some more news from our BOD very soon :-)
That post exhibits all the signs of someone who has not read this mornings RNS carefully, researched the company or the posters posting here. I have been posting as holder of AFCR since 2011 and have taken the recent situation here to build my holding. I also host a BB "over the road" where I have been posting and before on an older BB. So I'm far from pumping to dump and looking for the larger return as we move to become a producer of gold and hopefully other commodities in the forthcoming year plus. That is not pump and dump RE76 do your homework first would be my suggestion.
Agreed Castaway and I like the way our BOD are exploring opportunities in Romania......they do have some areas of rich mineral resources.
For our CEO to have put the following in his statement then they must surely be looking very closely at something else which as yet we know nothing about on top of our known Romanian asset : "The Company is advancing discussions regarding a number of opportunities and will make further announcements, as appropriate, in due course." Surely interesting if not very good news as well :-)
I have been reading through the RNS again and this continues to capture my attention from our CEO statement : "Romania The attitude towards investing in Zimbabwe and for AFCR's advantageous position with securing good mining assets in Romania, with limited competition, has prompted management to accelerate the evaluation and acquisition of mining opportunities in that country. The Company is advancing discussions regarding a number of opportunities and will make further announcements, as appropriate, in due course." What intrigues me is the last part particularly : "The Company is advancing discussions regarding a number of opportunities and will make further announcements, as appropriate, in due course." It seems clear to me that those selling today are not looking forwards but backwards. I remain of the view we have an interesting and exciting year ahead. I hope so anyway.
It is the Romanian venture that is interesting me at the moment Gubster, that alone could be worth many times the present market cap. PP is worth more than the present market cap......this low market cap/SP is crazy. As I have commented several times this morning people focusing on the wrong part of the RNS. In my view over the coming year we have the potential to see a SP several times the present market cap. The upside from this low SP is substantial in my view.......I'm not quite sure I see Zak's 25 times mind you but several times none the less. 3p is not at all demanding.
I agree Minmeafortune. I think one has to read between the lines of those posters who spend their time posting negative comments on a stock......Quite frankly apart from the regular trolls and there are plenty about it is often the case in my view that they want to spread fear and get the SP lower to buy in or add and I have often found this to be the case. Why would someone spend their precious time posting negative comments on a stock a regular basis if they thought it was rubbish.......what a waste of time.
Thank you Minemeafortune, I have been busy this last two or three weeks so I have not had much time for the stock market. I have a pretty decent holding here and have taken this mornings RNS as positive and not negative as the market has for the moment.......but drops like this can be taken advantage of :-)
I see Fernbank is talking rubbish again. In my view the SP is a complete over reaction to the interims RNS and is well overdone. There was nothing in the numbers that we didn't already know it is the words that are important at this stage and should be focused on. I like the sound of this which could be interesting : The specific challenges faced in Zimbabwe and the international status of gold has resulted in the transition process in AFCR incorporating a wider development focus and a more significant presence in Romania. Romania The attitude towards investing in Zimbabwe and for AFCR's advantageous position with securing good mining assets in Romania, with limited competition, has prompted management to accelerate the evaluation and acquisition of mining opportunities in that country. The Company is advancing discussions regarding a number of opportunities and will make further announcements, as appropriate, in due course. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Opportunities in Romania as I commented interesting and possibly exciting, we will have to wait and see what develops.
Good strong finish......do we have some good news coming tomorrow !
We will surely have a strong blue day today :-)
When I see someone new registering on LSE or ADVFN and their first post is negative about a company I ask the question why ! Why would someones first post on LSE and of all the stocks on the London Stock Exchange be a negative post on CAMK questioning why directors have not bought !
The drop after yesterdays results makes no sense at all to me. Way oversold makes no sense at all........
A contender quite possibly ! Robert Mitchell appears to have turned the company around so as long as he can now sign the right deals we should have an exciting 2014.......he has the CV.
Two items of interest and related to IFM "Intandem (£2m) – film distribution in UK and Europe. Post management changes and fundraising this business is now at cash flow breakeven and one good project could transform its prospects. Under the excellent stewardship of Robert Mitchell (ex Disney)." http://www.portfolio-adviser.com/news/product-news/webb-smaller-cos-growth-overhaul http://www.webbcapital.com/downloads/factsheets/growth-fact-sheet.pdf
It looks like MM's have a large buy order to fill as none available to buy on line even as low as little £100. So be very careful before being tempted to sell as in my view we have good news to come and someone wants a load of these cheap.
I'm very much more encouraged or it might be more appropriate to say confident that Robert Mitchell has turned the ship around and has the cash flow under control so as long as they can sign up some good deals......and things looking good on that front as well we could see a decent gain from here.I think 1p in the not to distant future is quite achievable. At this SP we are only on a market cap of £2m and one or two good films a blockbuster even and that would be nothing. I'm looking forward to an update from the BOD of how cash flow/costs are going and an news from the recent film festival.
Possibly Troajan......the way I saw it anyway. Significant pick up in volume today as well, I believe and looks like others having similar thinking that we are close to having an update from our BOD which should be quite encouraging. I have added to my holding recently, first buying only a small amount as I felt the risks were high and it was something of a gamble but I believe we may have turned a corner under Robert Mitchell.
