Glenish has given grab samples of 9.4g/t. Why on earth is this only being drilled now? This offers real grade potential. If results are positive from Glenish and/or Clay Lake, this offers real optionality in any partnering talks as Hybridan have said. The fact that they are suddenly in a hurry to drill other targets suggests to me that there is possibly a favourable deal on the table with regard to the bigger picture, however maybe the prospective partner is interested in the bigger picture and requesting more drilling as part of their due diligence before signing a deal. IMO and DYOR etc

As for Conroy, a re-rate will come when a partner comes on board. What major will be smart enough to act first, because the longer a major sits on their hands, the greater the chance they will miss out and Conroy will do a joint venture deal with someone else. It would be interesting to see a large number of drill rigs turning on the clay lake target, maybe conroy intends to get a few on the go, but a jv partner could easily drill out the target in quick time, and clay lake could be the jewel in the crown. When a partner comes on board here Conroy shares will completely change.

At the moment without a jv partner, 300 + is not a big valuation here. But if a tie up with a major appears then surely the market capital could be way higher than that. I honestly think 700+ is realistic on a JV. One has to remember that this share is probably one of the most undervalued shares on AIM still. It's hard to say but the increase last week in % terms was still small here given how ridiculously low the share price was. MTR will probably push these on an upward trajectory, but it is only a joint venture that will truly ignite a long overdue rerate. You just have to look at the market capital here. It is bizarre. All IMO and DYOR.

Project capital payback within 2 years of start of operation of mine, whenever that turns out to be. With respect I have no idea where you get revenue coming in at the latest 2017? We are now almost 2016 - Feasibility study to do/finish - Environmental Impact Assessment? - Finance/ Funding/ JV has not materialised yet - Planning Application 12 months - 18 months duration unless some sort of streamlining process in place to deal with strategic/major applications that could reduce this timeframe. - Construction of Mine I am presuming probably takes about 1 year I hope you are correct and things start to speed up significantly, but without funding/JV nothing happens in my view. Maybe the Share Consolidation is the prerequisite to signing a dotted line, we shall see and I certainly hope so. I sincerely hope it is not in order to raise some money to pay off any existing company debt!!! Best of luck to you.

I find the lack of communication with shareholders to be very disappointing here. Most other companies on AIM provide updates, timeframes and forward statements. CGNR appear to ignore shareholders whilst stating always that it's "your company". It doesn't feel like "our" company as the disconnect with shareholders is a common complaint here. The company never answers any questions regarding funding or joint venture,, choosing to skate over the issue. It is obvious that this is the most important issue and has been for some time now. I am sure this will come, however credibility is suffering big time at the moment along with the share price and the loyal shareholders. One can see how the company is being perceived by the market/the city as a lifestyle company with a hint of academia. Is management conservatism holding the company back? Major steps need to be taken and I have faith that those involved will take them. But nobody is getting any younger!

A strategic partnership is needed urgently to move this forward. It is hard to argue with those who see CGNR as A company that is being run as a "Lifestyle Company" as this is how it looks. I think the market has given up on them and the prospect of a jv...the market is wrong to have given up, even though you can't blame them.

I don't know it anything brewing, such is the lack of communication with shareholders these days. The prof has the ability to pull a rabbit from the hat and I am sure the will not want to be seen as a failure here. Cgnr have the most forgiving and patient shareholders on AIM, but it would surprise me if they let another AGM slide by without substantial progress.

It reads......."Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc (“Conroy Gold”) is a mining company whose objective is to make very substantial returns for shareholders through the discovery and development of world class ore bodies"??? It has only been "very substantial losses for shareholders so far" bar a short spike around the time of Kenglo one's interest. Kenglo one was a dilutive mistake which surprised me. The managerial ability is there to make this happen the question is whether the will is there! This requires management to be less conservative and realise that change is necessary. When you think about it that so called oligarch who offered any money for 80% of the gold would have created very substantial returns for shareholders.... Is that not the objective? Beggars cannot be choosers.. It doesn't matter if you don't like how we get there, once we get there!

Nothing short of a Joint Venture or a favourable deal now will satisfy shareholders. They need to decide now whether they can do it alone or not. Decisions need to be made by management to move this forward. The company's first line is the creation of shareholder value

The prof told minesite in October last year that the feasibility study would be finished in 9 to 12 months.....that should be around now

I think the company is over the top cautious about communicating with shareholders and have been for some time. I also note that the medium of indirect communication that was "minesite" which CGNR often used to sustain shareholder interest is now gone. The company does not appear to be using any other media outlets for some time now which suggests that either: 1. There is very little going on, so they are just sitting on their hands 2. They do not intend to tap the market again for funds (not that they could at current SP anyway), hence no need to drum up interest 3. They are in advanced talks, which has necessitated a media blackout, for obvious reasons My guess is it's either 3 or 1, I suspect 3, but of course I am very biased. Doesn't mean I'm not p**sed off with the lack of communication or significant development!

Are CGNR still there or or they on an extended holiday? Long suffering shareholders deserve some sort of update. What progress is being made? Feasibility, Environmental studies, Funding Progress, Planning Application.? The years are sliding by quickly with no significant news. I find it hard to believe that the management including the deep pockets sitting on the board have not yet sorted a deal/ JV. I think some significant percentage owners are going to need some reassurance very soon, myself included and I am aware of others too.
