Yes. I notice M Brennan is now referred to as a consultant rather than a member of their technical staff. (Compare to previous RNS ). Given his familiarity with pipe 7, he clearly knows what's immediately adjacent to it. Will the market notice what's going on here. Releasing the news under a different company probably will not help!

Obviously the Lahtojoki diamond project didn't come from Rio's data and KDR do not have to stick with Rio, but I think it's a fair assumption that they probably will, given the relationship and the possibility of developments elsewhere with KDRs licences.

I believe the data from Rio was approx €40 million worth(I can't remember exactly) of work. That was not bad for a £2 million market cap company in my view. It's a fair leg up thats for sure. Decision to mine+ jv and this will not be a £2 million cap company any more. It looks on to me.

Sorry posted twice. Troajan, I hear you and agree with what you say about base metals. I think they would not entertain anything less than 3m ounces for CGNR if I remember correctl, so they are willing to consider gold too. However, with the prof finally realising that this is what he needs to do, and combining clontibret/ clay lake into a larger commercial project targeting 5m ounces, this may change things. Relationship is very good with Rio. It is just a possibility for CGNR and I would say odds on for KDR.

What are the chances of both KDR & CGNR joint venturing with Rio Tinto - high chance for KDR( only a matter of time IMO ). - CGNR need a resource of 3m+ ounces to interest Rio I expect. CGNR are now targeting 5m ounces. successful drilling for CGNR could bring Rio in early to CGNR, especially if they Jv with KDR. Rio have paid for lab work for KDR believing the target to be high priority..... That says a lot to me!

There cannot be to many around here who are not down 80 - 90% here which is abysmal company performance. The irony is that the company states in the first few lines on its website the following "Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc (“Conroy Gold”) is a mining company whose objective is to make very substantial returns for shareholders through the discovery and development of world class ore bodies." Whilst I still expect it all to turn around for the company., the company's board cannot be proud of the share price and I can imagine S Fitz who is accustomed to huge financial success is not overjoyed with how the share price performance reflects on his reputation. Partner/ joint venture will change everything!

I expected a partner long before now. Glenish drilling was a licence requirement I suspect and drilling at clay lake will be followed by a partnership I expect. It's clay lake that will attract the partner.

I noticed Chartists predicting 67 -70p here within 1 to 2 months for cgnr. I take with a pinch of salt, but interesting to see what happens. I suspect Glenish drilling was possibly out of necessity to keep the licence so not that interested in that, however presuming they have either moved the drill rig ( or have a second one , which I doubt), it will be the drill results to come over the next weeks and months that will possibly provide a catalyst for the share price. It could get interesting, but the Prof and co need to bring someone on board quickly!

Beachbum! Are you still keeping a close eye on the profs 2 vehicles?. Both appear massively undervalued and both look poised to multibag soon. CGNR should be currently at least 10 times its current share price and could recover at any time. After that, positive news would carry this forward. KDR looks to me to have been something they have been trying to keep a lid on for years, quietly joining the dots. A decision to mine in Finland is not far away, which could make KDR one of AIMs biggest ever success stories and one I will admit I didn't see coming!
